{"id":409,"date":"2016-02-17T23:43:10","date_gmt":"2016-02-18T04:43:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rpchurchill.com\/?p=409"},"modified":"2017-02-04T17:42:41","modified_gmt":"2017-02-04T22:42:41","slug":"checking-my-steam-table-functions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rpchurchill.com\/wordpress\/posts\/2016\/02\/17\/checking-my-steam-table-functions\/","title":{"rendered":"Checking My Steam Table Functions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While I was working out a steam table page yesterday I found it necessary to graph the functions out as a means of verifying them.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s the first graph I created in JavaScript.\u00a0 It shows not only the curve of the enthalpy of saturated steam in BTU\/lbm as a function of temperature in degrees Fahrenheit, but also color codes the section of curve that generated the number.\u00a0 This shows me that there&#8217;s a minor hiccup at the beginning of the second section, in orange, which is something I&#8217;m going to have to look at.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rpchurchill.com\/demo\/steam\/steam_graph1.html\" width=\"440px\" height=\"440px\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>My next project will be to turn the graph routines into a single object with cleaner interface functions.
